Our wholesale approach for cafes & restaurants is just like our approach to sourcing coffee: it’s relationship-driven.

Our relationship with our farmer partners doesn’t end when we buy their coffee. Yearly visits in both directions, our collaboration with On The Ground, and our support of unique community-development projects over the past two decades have led to overall increases in quality both in the coffee and in the relationships themselves. Likewise, our relationship with you doesn’t stop when we sell you their coffee.

For us, quality begins here.

Every order is roasted-to-order – period. We take this seriously because we want our coffee to represent how hard our producer partners work; we also want you and your customers to experience it at its best. Our head roaster is a Level 2 SAC-Certified Roaster and we have Certified Q Arabica Grader on-staff to ensure that we can sign “Just Coffee” to everything that leaves our roastery.

Our portfolio of 100% fair-trade, organically-grown coffees includes unique blends with consistent flavor profiles year-round, as well as seasonal, special, and distinctive single-origin offerings. All of our coffees are represented by an edgy aesthetic that always excites and invites. We’ll work with you to find the best fit for you and your customers.

Once we find the best coffees for you, we’ll teach you how to make them and then how to make them shine. Combined, we have decades upon decades of experience sourcing espresso and brewing equipment. We have a network of partners for everything from water filtration setups to maintenance and repair. We offer barista training and instruction on the exact equipment that you’ll be using every day so that you can be awesome.

At Just Coffee, we want to help you make coffee the highest-quality part of your day.

Just Coffee’s transparency, their commitment to our planet, our community both locally and globally are why we choose them as our coffee purveyor. The fact, that they also source and roast the best, most tastiest coffee on the planet simply sealed the deal for us. We could not be more proud to be serving Just Coffee in our bakeries and cafe for almost a decade!
