A flavorful cup of decaf coffee, this lighter-roasted, single origin decaf coffee comes to us from our partners in Peru. This is a lighter version of our decaf offerings with balanced notes of vanilla and caramel and just a hint of milk chocolate to satisfy any sweet-seeking coffee palate. Absolutely no chemicals were used in this water process to decaffeinate.
Whenever you get a decaffeinated coffee from us, you can drink it with confidence knowing that it went through a natural, organic process. Green, unroasted coffee is soaked in water, which removes caffeine and other compounds that are water-soluble. This water is passed through a carbon filter, which traps the caffeine, but allows the water and these other compounds to pass through. This process, on repeat, slowly removes nearly all of that coffee's caffeine.
A coffee that is best when brewed with a drip filter or pour over filter. It creates a clean cup that lets the complex flavor notes shine through. Grab a bag and see how amazing decaf coffee can really taste.
