A medium blend that combines three different beans from two well-known farming partners in the coffee industry. The beans are a mix of light and dark from ORGANICA in Colombia and Permata Gayo Cooperative in Sumatra respectively. This blend consists of beans that are all grown at an elevation of 1,400 meters (4,594 feet) or higher leaving you with exceptional notes of grapefruit, orange zest and dark chocolate.
