Stampede is one of our darkest-roasted, single origin coffees which results in a very low acidity level. The semi-washed process these arabica beans go through increases the coffee’s body and intensity. A taste that can be best described as big, bold and complex.
Permata Gayo Cooperative has evolved immensely over the years by streamlining their coffee production, export and quality. A cooperative that’s held an organic certification since 2007 and fair-trade certification since 2009. You know where the coffee is coming from, how its produced and who’s behind it.
